Born in Shanghai China, Christopher has been painting since he is 6 years old. He went on to formal studies and graduated with a B.F.A from East China University, and went on to earn an M.F.A at Rhode Island College. This extraordinary artist is one of very few artists who are honored as both a Master signature artist with Oil Painters of America as well as a Copley Master at the The Copley Society of Art Boston, MA. He is also an artist member of the Salmagundi Club, elected artist member Connecticut Fine Arts Academy, CT, elected artist member Lyme Art Association, CT, Board member Griffis International Art Center, Ct. Christopher has served as a visiting professor at the University of Connecticut, Harvard University, numerous museums and art associations, and has had solo exhibitions throughout the United States. He has been teaching art in the United States since 1990. Christopher is a true living master who’s works are highly collectible.
