Valentina was born in the Soviet Republic in 1948 to an accomplished artist by the name of Nakita. She attended the Children's Art School in Moldavia in 1968. In 1974, she attended the Institute of Polygraphic Art in West Ukraine. Her art has been on display in multible exhibitions in countries such as Russia, Cuba, Indonesia, Pakistan, Syria, Bulgaria, and Poland. She exhibited in both solo as well as group shows in Moscow and Paris in 1980. In 1986, Valentina was able to exhibit in capitalistic countries and pieces were then collected in many private collections (Israel, Switzerland, France, Egypt, Spain, and Italy). Valentina migratedd to the United States in 1996. This particular piece has been printed in poster form and sold on the internet as well as private galleries.
