Jonathan McPhillips is a fine art painter, having graduated from Connecticut College in 1993 with a Cum Laude Distinction in Fine Art. Working both in studio and on location, his art celebrates the harbors, beaches, and architecture of the coastal marine environment of New England. Jonathan has garnered Signature Member status in The American Impressionist Society, having exhibited in 2013, 2014, and 2016. He was also invited to the U.S. Department of State to participate in the "Art in Embassies" program, spreading his work internationally through several U.S. embassasies across the globe. Jonathan may also be found demonstrating in various workshops throughout South Carolina, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
