Mr. Tsang was born in Indonesia in 1933 and received his BFA from Zhejian Academy of Fine Arts, China in 1964. In 1997, he was awarded 1st prize in oil at the Queens Artist Alliance annual exhibit in New York. He also has received certificates of distinction from the Philipe Charriol Foundation’s Modern Arts competition in Hong Kong for three consecutive years (1987-1989). Mr. Tsang is listed in the World Famous Artist’s Almanac.
